Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Winhalla SAS has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Winhalla SAS shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Limitations

Automated queries (including screen and database scraping, spiders, robots, crawlers and any other automated activity with the purpose of obtaining information from the Service) are strictly prohibited on the Service, unless you have received express written permission from Winhalla SAS's owner. As a limited exception, publicly available search engines and similar Internet navigation tools ("Search Engines") may query the Services and provide an index with links to the Service's Web pages, only to the extent such unlicensed "fair use" is allowed by applicable copyright law. Search Engines are not permitted to query or search information protected by a security verification system ("captcha") which limits access to human users.

Trying to harm in any way the service (including but not limited to : DDOS, XSS, CSRF) or buying items in the shop with coins earned via hacking or without having enough coins is strictly prohibited

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use and enjoy the Service for your individual, non-commercial, expressly conditioned upon your compliance with these Terms. If we terminate your account, any license granted by us to you in the Service ends immediately. Unless otherwise expressly authorized by us in a signed written contract, you may not sell, copy, exchange, loan, reverse engineer, decompile, derive source code from, translate, lease, grant a security interest in, transfer, publish, assign or otherwise distribute any of the Service or any of Winhalla SAS's intellectual property, including any of our computer code

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to applicable law, under no circumstances, including negligence, will Winhalla SAS, its directors, employees or agents be liable for any loss of profits, direct or indirect losses including punitive, exemplary, special or consequential damages that result from the access to, use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this app, even if Winhalla SAS or a Winhalla SAS authorised representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Winhalla works with ad revenue. If our advertisers fails to pay us, we won't be able to send any rewards to players.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Account

In order to use the App, you have to provide a Brawlhalla ID, or get it automatically via a Steam login

We may transmit this Brawlhalla ID to the Brawlhalla API (https://api.brawlhalla.com) in order to process your Brawlhalla statistics.

If you choose another platform than Steam, you will be prompted to enter your Brawlhalla ID. By submitting the Brawlhalla ID, you certify that you own the Brawlhalla account with the Brawlhalla ID you mentioned. Otherwise your account and access to the Service may be terminated without prior notice

Coins and rewards

Coins. Coins in this app are fictional money, they can only be exchanged in our in-app Shop. This is a currency only limited to this app and selling this currency and/or Accounts for real money is forbidden.

If we suspect you of cheating, abusing bugs or exploits or abnormal earning of Coins, we may terminate your Account and your right to access the app, causing you to loose all data associated with your account, including but not limited to Coins.

Rewards. Rewards are given only if you have enough Coins AND if you have earned them without cheating or abuse of any kind. After buying an item in our Store, you will receive an email in the e-mail address you specified when buying the item. The Service is not responsible if the e-mail address you entered is not correct or is not yours.
